血清同型半胱氨酸水平检测在冠心病诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平检测在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法 146例冠心病患者为实验组,同期的体检健康者67例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定所有检测者的血清同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平。结果实验组的血清同型半胱氨酸水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中急性心肌梗死患者的血清HCY水平高于不稳定型心绞痛患者的血清HCY水平,而不稳定型心绞痛的患者又高于稳定性心绞痛患者的血清HCY水平,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论不同年龄、性别的血清HCY水平不同,血清中HCY水平对冠心病的预测有重大意义。

Application value of serum homocysteine level examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the application value of serumhomocysteine （HCY） level examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 146 cases of coronary heart disease were selected as the experimental group, and 67 healthy cases as the control group. Serum HCY levels of all the cases were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent. Results Serum HCY level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Acute myocardial infarction patients had higher serum HCY levels than those patients with unstable angina, and the serum HCY levels of unstable angina patients were still higher than stable angina patients. There were significant differences between the cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum HCY levels are various in different age and gender. Serum HCY level has important significance for the prediction of coronary heart disease.
