| 摘 要： | 目的：观察儿童隐孢子虫病患者中的药治疗前后机体细胞免疫功能的变化。方法：经金胺-酚染色、改良抗酸复染法鉴定隐孢子虫卵囊（CSO），确诊1-10岁儿童隐孢子虫肠炎42例。检测T淋巴细胞亚群数、淋巴细胞转化率。结果：患者CD3，CD4值降低，淋巴细胞转化受抑。用苦参合剂治疗后，临床腹泻症状消失，排虫转阴。CD3，CD4淋巴细胞转化值显著升高。结论：苦参合剂对隐孢子虫的感染有较好的驱虫效果，并能增强细胞免疫力。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the treatment with Sophora Flavescent Ait Solution in immunity function of cryptosporidium parvum infection children.Method Feces specimen were stained by Auramine phenol and re stained by modified acid fast,42 cases children cryptosporidium parvum enteritis was diagnose.Result Before treatment by Sophora Flavescents Ait Solution,the value of CD 3 and CD 4 was decreased,and inhibited the transform of T lymphocyte.After therapeutic the value of CD 3 and CD 4 was significant increased.Conclusion Sophora Flavescents Ait Solution for cryptosporidiosis have good effect,and can increase immunity of cells in children. |
