| 摘 要： | 为了解曲安奈德外用治疗口腔黏膜病的情况,检索国内外曲安奈德外用治疗口腔黏膜病的文献,并对其外用治疗口腔黏膜病的进展进行综述。共检索到相关文献21篇,涉及口腔扁平苔藓(17篇)、复发性阿弗他溃疡(3篇)和白塞病(1篇)3种口腔黏膜病的治疗,曲安奈德单独或辅助其他药物外用治疗此3种口腔黏膜病均有良好疗效,短期外用无明显不良反应,不良反应仅见于少数长期使用患者。因此,曲安奈德外用适于治疗口腔扁平苔藓、复发性阿弗他溃疡和白塞病,对其他与变态反应或免疫功能异常有关的口腔黏膜病的疗效,有待更多的相关研究证实。
