晶状体超声乳化术初始治疗原发性闭角型青光眼效果观察

目的探讨晶状体超声乳化术对原发性闭角型青光眼的治疗效果。方法回顾分析40例（42眼）原发性闭角型青光眼的临床资料，均行晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访半年。比较术前、术后的视力、眼压和前房深度。结果患者术后视力明显提高，眼压降低，前房深度增加，与术前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论晶状体超声乳化术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼安全有效、简便经济。

Clinical study on the incipient management of primary angle-closure glaucoma by phacoemulsification.

Objective To investigate the effect off phacoemulsifieation in the management of primarily angle-closure glaueoma（PACG）. Methods 40 cases （42 eyes） with PACG were all performed by phacoemulsification. Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the depth of anterior chamber of each eye were recorded with following-up ranged for 6 month. Results Visual acuity of 40 eases （42 eyes） improved obviously. Intraocular pressure of all 42 eyes was fall and deepening of the depth of anterior chamber was found, and have significant differences among preoperative and postoperative values （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion phacoemulsification for incipient treatment of the PACG is safe, effective, convenient and economic, to be worth promoting the application.
