肠道准备与否对结直肠癌病人恢复的影响研究

目的：对结直肠癌病人是否进行肠道准备及其对病人术后恢复的影响进行研究。方法：将96例结直肠癌病人随机分为常规组（肠道准备组）和对照组（不做肠道准备组）,分别比较术前、术后第2 d的血常规、血糖,病人术前心理状况及不良反应,肠道清洁度,术后肠功能恢复,排便情况及切口愈合状况（有感染者行培养加药敏）。结果：两组病人术前、术后第2 d的血常规、血糖和术后肠功能恢复,切口愈合状况比较无明显差异,而病人术前的心理状况、肠道准备的不良反应和术后排便情况比较有明显差异。结论：肠道准备与否对结、直肠癌病人术后恢复没有明显的影响;肠道准备本身对病人身心均有不适影响,而且肠道准备后病人术后感肛门坠胀的明显增加,影响了病人术后的生活质量。

Influences of bowel preparation on patients' rehabilitation with colon and rectal cancer.
