舒适护理在冠心病患者择期介入治疗中的应用

目的：观察舒适护理在冠心病患者择期介入治疗中的效果。方法：将70例患者随机分为舒适组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,舒适组住院全程给予舒适护理,并对效果进行比较。结果：两组患者焦虑评分及患者满意度比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,且舒适组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对冠脉介入治疗患者应用舒适护理,可使患者以最佳的状态配合手术治疗与护理,以提高护理服务质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。

Application of comfortable nursing care in coronary artery elective intervention therapy

Objective：To observe the effectiveness of comfortable nursing care in coronary artery elective intervention therapy.Methods：80 patients were divided into comfortable group（n=35）and control group（n=35）at random.Routine nursing care was given in the control group,while comfortable nursing care was applied in the duration of hospitalization in the experiment group,and effectiveness of two groups were evaluated.Results：The significant difference was found in the comparison of anxiety and satisfaction between the two groups（P〈0.05）.More ever,the complications were much lower in the comfortable group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfortable nursing care in coronary artery in-tervention therapy can have in optimal state,so as to improve the quality of nursing care and patient＇s satisfaction.
