摘    要:目的:探讨急进高原地区3种中药组方药物对人体心电图的影响,为选择有效抗缺氧药物提供依据。方法:对服用复方1号、复方2号、复方3号及安慰剂组上山前及上山后第1天、第3天、第7天、第15天心电图检查结果进行组间及服药前后对比观察。结果:进驻前后心率自身比较,除复方3号第7天、复方1号及复方3号第15天与进驻前比较无差别(P>0.05),其余进驻后与进驻前各值有显著差别(P<0.05、P<0.01);进驻后,安慰剂组与实验组比,复方3号第7天有显著差别(P<0.05);组间比,第7天复方2号与复方3号有显著差别(P<0.05)。QT/TQ进驻前后自身比较,除复方1号进驻15天与进驻前无差别(P>0.05),其余进驻后与进驻前均有显著差别(P<0.05、P<0.01);进驻后实验组与安慰剂组比较无差别(P>0.05);组间对比,复方2号与复方3号有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:三种组方药物都有不同程度增加机体供氧、改善心肌缺血能力,但以复方3号较好。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the influences of three compound traditional Chinese drugs on electrocardiogram of human body after rapidly ascended to high altitudes and to provide a reference for screening out effective anti-hypoxia drugs.Methods: The subjects were divided into the Co1 group,CO2 group,Co3 group and the control group.Their electrocardiograms of were measured before and on the 1st,third,7th and 15 day altitude-exposure.The results were compared among groups and pre-,post administration.Results: There was significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01) of heart rate between pre-and post exposed altitude but the Co3 group on the seventh day and Co1 or 3 group on the fifteenth day.After ascended to work sites,the heart rates had significant differences(P<0.05) between Co3 group and the control group on the seventh day,as well between CO2 group and Co3 group.Compared with the QT/TQ indexes before rapidly ascended,the QT/TQ indexes in Co1 group on the fifteenth day had no significant difference(P>0.05) but other groups had still significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After ascended to work sites,the QT/TQ indexes had no significant differences(P>0.05) between the administration groups and the control group,no differences(P<0.05) between CO2 group and Co3 group.Conclusions: The three compound traditional Chinese drugs can increase ventilation of human body and improve myocardial ischemia.Co 3 is preferable.
