全科医生与社区健康教育

本文根据全科医生的工作特点，提出了全科医生的社区健康教育角色与作用，并根据目前中国的健康状况、疾病谱特征与国家有关政策，提出了除积极开展社区展面的群体健康教育外，全科医生还要以行为干预为中心，着力加强家庭健康教育和病人教育．建议根据健康教育的目的，针对不同教育对象，加强组织管理，采用不同的教育形式。复合使用多种方法，尽可能达到最佳教育效果。

General practitioner and community health education

This paper describes the role and function of general practitioners in the communityhealth education according to their job nature. Based on China's health status, disease patterns and relevant national policies, this paper suggests that general practitioners should strengthen family health education, patient education, and focus on behaviour intervention, in addition to the group health education at community level. According to the objectives of health educations of different target populations,we should tighten up the managment and make full use of comprehesive forms and methods to develophealth education programs in the best results.
