摘    要:当今的医学教育需要培养学生终身学习的能力,从而适应不断变化的医疗服务的要求,以问题为基础学习教学方法有助于培养学生的创新性思维、继续学习和终生学习的能力。本文从教学理念、教师角色、学生角色、病案编写、评估机制和学校设施等方面,对推行教学方法过程中可能遇到的问题及其对策进行了分析,为现阶段我国医学教育中循序渐进地实施以问题为基础学习教学方法提供了参考。

Abstract:Medical students need to train their life-long learning capacity in order to adapt to the un-ceasing changed medical service environment. Problem-based learning (PBL) is conducive to the training of creative thinking capacity, unremitting study capacity and life-long learning capacity of medical students. In this paper, the problems and countermeasures in the course of carrying out PBL were discussed from sev-eral aspects including education concept, teacher role, student role, case compiling, evaluation methods and school facility so as to provide reference for the step-by-step implementation of PBL in Chinese medical education at the present stage.
