| 摘 要： | 介绍小鼠受精卵染色体制备过程。实验以 Tarkowski 法为基础并加以改进,取得了稳定而满意的结果。实验中还根据国内一般实验室的条件,探讨了各种影响因素。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the process of chromosome preparation from mouse ferti-lized eggs in detail.The work is based on Tarkowski's method and some improve-ment are made.After a number of trials,the stable and satisfying results areobtained.In the light of the pratical laboratory condition in our country,the variousfacts which affect the results have been discussed. |
