| 摘 要： | 目的探讨真空定量采血管采血量不足时对血液分析仪分析结果的影响。方法抽取20例门诊患者，分别加入0．5ml、1．0ml、1．5ml和2．0ml全血于2．0ml真空定量采血管中，然后分别在血液分析仪上检测，观测各组负压去除前后其白细胞计数（WBC）、红细胞计数（RBC）、血红蛋白（HGB）、平均血红蛋白浓度（MCV）和血小板计数（PLT）结果，比较去除负压前后的检测结果以及去除负压后各管之间的结果。结果去除负压前后，0．5ml和1．0ml的负压管其WBC、RBC、HGB和PLT的结果差异具有显著性；去除负压后0．5ml管与2．0ml管的MCV和PLT结果差异也具有统计学意义。结论真空定量采血管采血量不足时，负压和高浓度的抗凝剂对全血细胞计数结果均有影响，临床护理人员采血时应足够重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of insuffice blood volume in vacuum tube on the results analyzed by blood analyzer. Methods 20 outpatients blood randomly selected were respectively injected into vacuum tubes by 0.5 ml, 1.0 ml, 1.5 ml and 2.0 ml. And these samples were tested in blood analyzer, then the results of white blood count （ WBC）, red blood cell count （RBC） , Hemoglobin（HGB） ,mean corpuscular volume（MCV） and platelet count（PLT） were compared before or after negative pressure removed in vacuum tubes. Results Compared with the results after negative pressure removed in vacuum tube, the differences of WBC, RBC, HGB and PLT in 0.5 ml group and 1.0 ml group were significant, as well as MCV and PLT were between 0.5 ml group and 2.0 ml group after negative pressure removed in vacuum tube. Conclusion negative pressure and excess decoagulant effect the results of complete blood count when blood volume was not adequacy in vacuum tube so clinical nurses must pay much attention to this. |
