| 摘 要： | 目的通过经颅多普勒和神经功能评分观察丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将118例脑梗死患者随机分为2组:治疗组给予丹红注射液20 mL静滴,对照组给予丹参针20 mL静滴,均每日1次,以14 d为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血流动力学、纤维蛋白原等变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血管平均血流速度、纤维蛋白原及神经功能缺损评分均有非常明显的改变(P均<0.01)。结论丹红注射液治疗脑梗死有效、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Danhong injection on cerebral infarction through transcranial Doppler and nerve function score.Methods 118 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups.The therapy group was given Danhong injection 20 mL by intravenous drip once a day,while the control group was given Danshen injection 20 mL by intravenous drip once a day.Both the treatment courses were 14 days.The neurologic impairment score,clinical efficacy,haemodynamics and fibrinogen in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rates in the therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Average blood flow speed, fibrinogen and neurologic impairment scores were all obviously improved in therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion Danhong injection is effective and safe for the treatment for cerebral infarction. |
