无剖宫产指征行剖宫产分娩影响因素分析

目的 探索影响无剖宫产指征产妇选择剖宫产分娩的主要影响因素.方法 选取2010年1月～2010年6月在我院无剖宫产指征行剖宫产分娩产妇为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法收集产妇分娩相关资料,并对影响产妇选择剖宫产的影响因素进行分析.结果 影响因素分析结果显示无剖宫产指征产妇选择剖宫产分娩与年龄、流产史、家庭人均月收入、孕产妇、家庭和医护人员有联系,其比值比及可信区间分别为2.231(1.284～5.589)or 1.745(1.087～3.529,1.716(1.143～3.915)or 1.425(1.033～3.389),2.254(1.552～5.118),1.688(1.055～3.527)

Analysis of Influencing Factors on cesarean section without surgical indications

Objective To explore the main influential factors for puerpera without indication of cesarean section to choose cesarean section. Methods 427 puerpera without cesarean section indication admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2010 were chosen and investigated with questionnaires. The main influential factors of cesarean section were analyzed. Results It showed that the choice of cesarean section by puerpera without surgical indication was associated with age, history of abortion, average family income, pregnant women themselves, a household member,doctors and nurses,and the odds ratio and confidence interval were 2. 231 （1. 284 - 5. 589）orl. 745（1. 087-3.529,1. 716（1. 143-3.915）or 1. 425（1. 033-3. 389）,2. 254（1. 552-5. 118）,1. 688（1. 055-3. 527）, 2. 925（1. 463 - 5. 828）, respectively. Conclusions Further publicity on the advantage of natural childbirth and strengthening the administration of the indications for cesarean section have an important significance to cut down the rate of cesarean section.
