预见性双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术治疗重型闭合性颅脑损伤的意义探讨

摘    要:目的探讨预见性双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术用于治疗重型闭合性颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法选取2007年1月~2012年1月间于我院治疗的重型闭合性颅脑损伤160例,其中行预见性一次双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术治疗的患者88例为实验组,行分两次进行双侧去骨瓣减压术治疗72例为对照组,通过对比两组患者手术治疗的死亡率、术后恢复情况,判断预见性双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术用于治疗重型闭合性颅脑损伤的临床效果。结果实验组与对照组相比,死亡率明显低于对照组,恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论预见性双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术用于治疗重型闭合性颅脑损伤,可以明显降低手术的死亡率,对于术后的恢复情况,同样有优势。

Discussion on Significance of Predictability of Bilateral Balance Decompressive Craniectomy in Treatment of Severe Closed Head Injury

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of predictability of bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of severe closed head injury. Methods One hundred-sixty cases with severe closed head injury admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object. 88 eases of predictability of a bilateral balance of decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of patients were set as the experimental group, and 72 cases of two bilateral decompressive craniectomies were set as the control group. The mortality rates and postoperative recoveries in two groups were compared to determine the clinical effects of predictability of bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy for severe closed head injury. Results Compared with the control group, treatment group had significantly lower mortality rate and better recovery. Conclusion The predictability of bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy, in the treatment of severe closed head injury, can significantly reduce the mortality rate of surgery. It also has the same advantage in postoperative recovery.
