46例精神分裂症合并脑炎的临床分析

目的 分析精神分裂症合并病毒性脑炎的临床表现、诊断、治疗,提高对精神分裂症合并脑炎的临床诊治水平.方法 对我院自2006年1月-2010年12月收治的46例精神分裂症合并病毒性脑炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨临床诊治方法.结果 本组46例患者给予上述治疗后痊愈34例,好转10例,死亡2例,均死于呼吸衰竭,死亡率为4.34％.结论 病毒性脑炎精神症状较常见,容易与精神分裂症本身混淆;及时进行脑电图、脑脊液、病理检查等可提高确诊率.

Clinical Analysis of 46 Cases of Schizophrenia Complicated with Viral Encephalitis

Objective To analysis clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia complicated with viral encephalitis so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level. Methods The clinical data of 46 schizophrenia complicated with viral encephalitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, and clinical diagnosis methods were discussed. Results Among 46patients underwent the above treatment,34cases were cured, 10 cases improved and 2 cases died of respiratory failure. The mortality was 4. 34%. Conclusion Viral encephalitis psychiatric symptoms is common and easy to confuse with schizophrenia itself. Timely EEG,cerebrospinal fluid and pathological examinations can improve the diagnostic rate.
