| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合症与血浆蛋白A(PAPPA)的关系.方法 检测45例高血压综合征孕妇及45例正常孕妇血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A含量,并进行对比分析.结果 观察组45例妊娠期高血压综合征患者血清PAPPA含量显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.01);且观察组患者随着病情的加重,PAPPA含量逐渐增高(P＜0.01).结论 产妇血清PAPPA水平与妊娠期高血压综合症的病情呈正相关,但二者的具体关系及作用机制尚需进一步研究.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation between pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A（PAPPA）and Pregnancy Induced Hypertension（PIH）. Methods PAPPA was detected in 45 cases of pregnant women with PIH （observation group）and 45 cases of pregnant women without PIH （control group）respectively for comparative analysis. Results PAPPA in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 01） ,and the PAPPA significantly increased as the disease worsened（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The serum PAPPA level of pregnant women is positively correlated with PIH condition, but the specific relationship and function mechanism still needs further study. |
