两种术式子宫肌瘤剔除术疗效观察

目的对我院和南方医院收治的160例子宫肌瘤需手术治疗的患者分别采用阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,旨在找出临床效果更好的治疗手段。方法选取我院2008年3月-2009年12月收治的160例子宫肌瘤患者,160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组82例,采用阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对照组患者78例,临床采用经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比两组治疗效果及手术时间、术中平均出血量、临床治愈率等。结果治疗组手术时间、术中出血量较对照组少。治疗组术后有效率及复发率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤手术用时、术中出血量少,复发率低,疗效确切。

Observation of Curative Effects of Two Kinds of Hysteromyomectomy

Objective To treat 160 patients with uterine fibroid admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment with trans-vaginal myomectomy （TVM）and trans-abdominal myomectomy （TAM）, aiming at finding out the procedure with best clinical effects. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with uterine fibroid admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to December 2009 were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group（n ： 82）adopted TVM while the control group（n = 78）was treated with TAM. The therapeutic effects, operation time,average intraoperative blood loss and clinical cure rates of two groups were observed for comparison. Results The operation time of the treatment group is shorter,and the average intraoperative blood loss is less than the control group. The treatment group is better than the control group in effective rate and recurrence rate（P〈0. 05）. Coneluslons TVM has definite effect in the treatment of uterine fibroid with short operation time, a small amount of intraoperative blood loss and a low recurrence rate.
