| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病血瘀证患者超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平及其临床意义。方法:80例冠心病血瘀证和69例正常对照组的患者,分别测定Hs-CRP水平,并作相关性分析。结果:冠心病血瘀证组血清Hs-CRP水平与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),冠心病血瘀证组高Hs-CRP水平发生率远高于正常对照组。结论:冠心病患者可能存在隐性炎症,Hs-CRP检测对了解冠心病血瘀证患者血管内皮功能治疗、转归有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the level of Hs-CRP in the patients with coronary heart disease of blood-stagnation pattern and its clinical significance.Methods:The Hs-CRP levels of80cases with coronary heart disease of the blood-stagnation pattern in the treatment group and of69cases in the control group were determined,and the correlation was analyzed as well.Results:The difference of the level of Hs-CRP between the treatment group and the control group was obvious(P<0.01).The incidence in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group.Conclusions:The patients with coronary heart disease may have the recessive inflammation,and the determination of Hs-CRP can help to know the treatment and development of the endovascular function in the patients with coronary heart disease of the blood-stagnation pattern. |
