低场磁共振对急性脑出血的诊断

摘    要:目的:通过分析58例急性脑出血的MRI表现,探讨其诊断应用价值。方法:58例在低场强机器作常规横断位SE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI和FLAIR序列扫描。结果:58例急性脑血肿在T1MI表现为等信号,T2WI为高或等信号,FLAIR为高或等信号。结论:急性脑出血在低场MR上表现具有特征性,可作为一种有效的的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To analysis the MR representations of acute cerebral hemorrhage on 58 cases, and to explore the MR diagnosing values. Methods:58 cases were scanned by crossing SE-T1WI, FSE-T2WI and FLAIR sequence on low-magnetic-field machine. Resuits: The signal of acute cerebral hemorrhage was an equality T1WI, high or equality T2WI and high or equality FLAIR. Conclusion: The signal representations of acute cerebral hemorrhage was characteristic on low-magnetic-field. MPd was an effective examining method.
