| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析58例急性脑出血的MRI表现，探讨其诊断应用价值。方法：58例在低场强机器作常规横断位SE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI和FLAIR序列扫描。结果：58例急性脑血肿在T1MI表现为等信号，T2WI为高或等信号，FLAIR为高或等信号。结论：急性脑出血在低场MR上表现具有特征性，可作为一种有效的的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analysis the MR representations of acute cerebral hemorrhage on 58 cases, and to explore the MR diagnosing values. Methods：58 cases were scanned by crossing SE-T1WI, FSE-T2WI and FLAIR sequence on low-magnetic-field machine. Resuits： The signal of acute cerebral hemorrhage was an equality T1WI, high or equality T2WI and high or equality FLAIR. Conclusion： The signal representations of acute cerebral hemorrhage was characteristic on low-magnetic-field. MPd was an effective examining method. |
