| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的可行性与效果。方法 :对 15例高胆红素血症患儿采用外周动静脉同步换血 ;血源选择与患儿同型血 ;应用多功能监护仪监测生命体征 ;换血前后作血清胆红素、电解质、血常规等检查。结果 :血清胆红素在换血后明显下降 ,总胆红素换出率为 4 2 .7% ,换血后无明显并发症。结论 :应用外周动静脉同步换血方便、实用、安全 ,近期无并发症 ,利于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and reliability of treatment on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by exchange transfusion.Methods Exchange transfusion was performed through the peripheral vessels on 15 cases of hyperbilirubinemia.The selected type of blood Was same as that of the newborn.The vital signs and relevant material were recorded by monitor.Total serum bilirubin(TSB)、indirect bilirubin(IBIL)、directed bilirubin(DBIL)、K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca、blood routine etc,were measured before and after exchange transfusion.Results TSB、IBIL、DBIL were markedly decreased and there were no obvious complications after exchange transfusion.Conclusion The exchange transfusion through peripheral vessels is convenient、useful and safe.It is easily popularized. |
