鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗慢性期面神经炎疗效观察

目的:观察鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗慢性期面神经炎的疗效。方法:病程90~120 d的面神经炎患者13例,均给予鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗。治疗前后分别用Ross面神经分级系统进行综合评分,测定面神经复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)波幅、瞬目反射R1潜伏期。结果:治疗后综合分较治疗前升高,有显著性差异(t=-22.3,P<0.01)。CMAP波幅治疗后较治疗前升高,有显著性差异(t=-6.9,P<0.01);R1潜伏期治疗后较治疗前显著缩短,有显著性差异(t=5.69,P<0.01)。结论:鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧治疗慢性期面神经炎有显著效果。

Clinical Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Patients with Chronic Facial Neuritis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients of chronic facial neuritis. Methods： Clinical efficacy of 13 cases （the course was 90~120 d） were assessed before and after the therapy. All the cases had received mouse nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Ross Facial nerve grading system and CMAP amplitude, R1 incubation were used to evaluate the clinical effect scores. Results： The Composite score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment （ t=-22.3 P〈0.01）. The greater amplitude of CMAP and shorter latency R1 were found after treatment than that before treatment （ t=5.69 P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Mouse nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy was effective on patients with chronic facial neuritis.
