| 摘 要： | 虽然由卫生部最新修订的《医疗事故处理办法》较过去的《医疗事故处理办法(1987)》有了很大进步，但是，在医生提供医疗服务的过程中，《办法》中的某些规定也存在一些问题，如对于术前手术签字制度的规定依旧不够明确，为术后的医疗纠纷埋下了隐患。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the old Regulations of Management on Medical Ngeligence(1987),the new one revised by Ministry of Public Health has made rapid progress,but there are still some problems in the new regulation,such as the regulation about the signature before the operation is not clear enough,and it leads to the medical disputation. |
