慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后并发症的临床分析

目的:探讨慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后并发症产生原因及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析我院128例慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术患者的临床资料。结果:治愈128例,死亡0例,术后出现并发症32例,其中颅内积气14例,血肿复发8例,继发性颅内出血4例,脑脊液漏3例,症状性癫痫3例。结论:钻孔引流术是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的一种简单和有效的方法,其疗效显著,术后并发症也是可以预防和治疗的。

Clinical Analysis of Complications in Chronic Subdural Hematoma after the Operation of Trepanation and Drainage

Objective: To analysis the cause,prevention and treatment of the postoperative complications in chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH)after the operation of trepanation and drainage.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 128 cases of chronic subdural hematoma after the operation of trepanation and drainage in our hospital.Results: 128 patients were cured,no patients died,and postoperative complication occurred in 32 patients(14 patients of intracranial pneumatosis,8 patients of hematoma recurrence,4 patients of secondary intracranial hemorrhage,3 patients of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,3 patients of symptomatic epilepsy).Conclusions: Trepanation and drainage is a simple and valid method for the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma,with significant effectiveness and postoperative complication could be prevented and cured.
