| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正性暗示在护理质量控制中的应用。方法运用语言暗示、行为暗示、自我暗示及榜样暗示进行护理质量管理。结果正性暗示实施前后比较,护士自我满意度、病人满意度、护士自我成就感、管理规范性、工作业绩方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用正性暗示可减轻护士的压力,提升护士的自信心、责任心、护士自我满意度和自我成就感,使护理管理趋于科学性、规范性,病人满意度提高,完善护理质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of positive hints in nursing quality control.Method The language hints,behavior hints,self-hints and role-model hints were applied in nursing quality control.Results Compared with before,nurses' satisfaction to themselves,patients' satisfaction,nurses' sense of achievement,the standardization of management and working performance were improved significantly after the application of positive hints(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of positive hints can relieve nurses' stress,improve nurses' self-confident and sense of responsibility,make nursing management more scientific and standardized,increase patients' satisfaction and improve nursing quality control. |
