| 摘 要： | 将尼群地平与聚乙烯吡咯民固体分散体，再制成片剂，测定其溶出度，与普通片以及市售国产片的溶出度比较，改进片的出度明显提高，２０ｍｉｎ的累积溶出度为７０．８％，而普通片及市售国产片分别为２２．７％和２１．３％。留样观察实验结果表明，改进片质量稳定。

| Abstract: | The solid dispersion of nitrendipine(NT) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was made and then the nitrendipine tablets were prepared from it. Its dissolution rate was determined and compared with those of ordinary tablets and tablets made in our country. The result showed that the dissolution rate of NT tablets prepared in this study increased significantly, with the accumulated dissolution rate of 70.8%,compared to 22 7% and 21.3% of the other two kinds of commercial tablets respectively. Its quality was stable after one year storage under the general conditions |
