醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床观察

目的:观察醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:160例急性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分变化,意识障碍转清及体温恢复情况。结果:治疗后两组临床神经功能缺损程度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组意识障碍患者神志转清时间明显缩短(P<0.01),治疗组发热患者平均体温升高幅度低,体温恢复正常时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:醒脑静对急性脑出血患者出现的意识障碍、发热以及神经功能缺损等有明显治疗效果,能提高急性脑出血患者治愈率,降低致残率。

Xingnaojing for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage （ACH）. Methods： One hundred and sixty patients with ACH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were administered Xingnaojing in addition to the routine therapy, while the controls received routine therapy only. The neurologic impairment degree, conscious disturbance and body temperature of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results： There was significant difference in the neurologic impairment degree between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment. The conscious clearing time of the treatment group was significantly shortened （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The body temperature of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower compared with the patients in the control group and the time of the body temperature returning to normal was significantly shortened（P 〈0. O1 ）. Conclusions： Xingnaojing is effective on patients with ACH who present symptoms of neurologic impairment, conscious disturbance and fever. And it can also enhance the curing rate and reduce the crippling rate.
