骨段牵引治疗小腿骨、皮缺损的疗效观察

目的探讨采用胫骨骨段牵引方法修复小腿骨组织或骨与皮肤同时缺损的疗效。方法采用Ilizarov型组合外固定架双小腿等长固定，对骨缺损处彻底清创，尽最大限度覆盖创面，在小腿干骺端处行水平截骨，骨段牵引直到与远骨折端接触并加压固定。结果全部病例创面均得到良好的软组织覆盖，骨延长与缺损处骨性愈合。结论骨段牵引修复术是治疗创伤后小腿骨、皮缺损的较好方法。

Repairment of bone and skin defect of lower leg by bone segment distraction

Objective To explore the repairment of defect of tibia bone and skin by the tibial bone segment distration.Methods Ilizarov complex external fixation devices were used in both tibias isometric fixation to treat the bony defect.The bone defect and damage district was thoroughly tided up as far as possible.Osteotomies were performed at metaphysis level of tibia,extending bone segment until the far end and then fixing the both ends with compression.Results Wound surfaces in all cases were covered perfectly with soft tissue,extended section of tibial bone and bone defect obtained bony concrescence.Conclusion Tibial bone segment distraetion is a rather preferable therapy for tibia bone and skin defect after trauma.
