我国医院控烟现状及改进策略探讨

吸烟已成为当今世界最严重的社会问题之一，目前我国吸烟率居高不下，控烟效果不明显。医院在控烟方面没有发挥应有的功能，主要表现在医院内部没有实现彻底禁烟、医师没有成为控烟楷模和医务人员控烟意识较差。为达到全社会控烟的目标，医院和医务人员应充分发挥内部禁烟的社会效应、积极开展健康教育与促进工作、切实开展内部控烟和积极参与社会控烟。

Approach to the Current Situation of Smoking Control and the Improvement Strategy in Hospitals in China

Smoking had become one of the most serious social problems in the world today.The smoking rate remained high and the effect of smoking control was not evident in China now.The hospital didn＇ t play its proper role in smoking control,mainly displayed in that the smoking bans had not realized thoroughly in hospital,the doctors had not become the model in smoking control and the medical personnel＇ s consciousness in smoking control was faint.In order to achieve the objective of smoking control in the whole society, the hospital and medical personnel should fully play their social effects of internal smoking control,actively carry out the health education and promotion,effectively implement internal smoking control and actively participate in the social smoking control.
