| 摘 要： | 本文对394例药疹的致敏药物、临床表现、治疗和预后进行临床分析.结果常见的致敏药物依次为抗生素类、解热镇痛类、磺胺类、抗感冒类药物等;引起重症药疹者,以抗癫痫类药物和抗痛风类药别嘌呤醇最常见.提示近年来引起药疹高发的药物种类有了新的特点,需引起临床医师的重视.

| Abstract: | Objective Clinical analysis of 394 cases of drug eruption. Methods The allergenic drugs, the clinical manifestation, therapy, and prognosis were discussed. Results The allergenic drugs were antibiotics, amtipyretics and analgesics, sulfonamides, and anti-common cold formulas in order. Anti-gout agents and anti-epilepsy agents frequeatly induced serious drug eruption episodes. Conclusion New types of drug-eruption inducing agents emerges recently, resulting in high incidences of drug eruption, which warns clinlcal practitioners to pay enough attention. |
