血清血管内皮生长因子的检测对急性冠脉综合征的临床意义

目的:探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平对急性冠脉综合征病情判断的临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心EL ISA法测定74例冠状动脉造影证实有至少1支以上冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的冠心病患者的血清VEGF水平。结果:血清VEGF水平在急性冠状动脉综合征患者中明显升高,与正常组和稳定型心绞痛组间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);而稳定型心绞痛组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);双支和三支血管病变患者血清VEGF水平高于单支病变组。结论:冠心病患者血清VEGF水平升高,其升高程度与冠状动脉病变程度、病变活动度有关。

Measurement of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with acute coronary syndrome and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and the severity artery stenosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:Serum VEGF levels of 74 CHD cases and 14 cases of normal controls were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Serum level of VEGF significantly raised in patient with ACS,compared with stable angina pectoris and normal controls(P<0.01),the VEGF level in stable angina pectoris was more than that of normal group(P<0.05);Among CHD group,patients with stenosis lesion in 2 or 3 branches of coronary artery had higher VEGF level compared with one branch stenosis of coronary artery.Conclusion:Serum level of VEGF reflects the severity of coronary heart disease in CHD patients.
