血友病性骨关节病的X线诊断（附15例报告）

本文报告１５例血友病性骨关节病，其中１０例为血友病甲，２例为血友病乙，１例为血友病丙，余２例未分型。均为男性。其Ｘ线表现为关节囊软组织肿胀、密度增高（１５例），骨端或骨骺增大变方（６例），关节间隙变窄、关节面硬化和囊性变（１２例），关节骨端破坏（６例），骨性关节强直（１例），股骨髁间凹和尺骨鹰咀窝增宽变深（１０例），骨膜新生骨（３例）和血友病性假肿瘤（２例）。文中分析本病的Ｘ线表现并讨论其病理基础。

Roentgenologic Diagnosis of Haemophlilic Arthropathy(A report of 15 Cases)

Fifteen cases of haemophilic arthropathy were reported.Ten of them belonged tohaemophilia A ,two to B and one to C ,the remaining 2 cases were not classified.All of the patients weremale ,Roentgenologic manifestations of haemophilic arthropathy were :swelling of the capsule and the periar-ticular tissues with increased density(15 cases),enlargement with squaring of the bone end or epiphysis(6cases), narrowing of the articular space and sclerosis of articular surface with cystic changes(12 cases),de-struction of the bone end of the joint(6 cases) ,bony ankylosis (1 case),deepaning and wideing of the inter-condylar notch of the lower end of the femur ,and of olecranon fossa of ulna(10 cases),periosteal new bone(3 cases)and haemophilic pseudotumors( 2 cases).The roentgenologic manifestations of haemophilicarthropathy and their pathological basis were discussed.
