杭州市某职业技术学校学生应对方式及其影响因素

目的探讨职业技术学校学生的应对方式及其影响因素,为技校生的心理辅导提供依据。方法采用特质应对方式量表(TCSQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对杭州市某轻工技工学校一年级学生235名进行问卷调查。结果技校生积极应对方式低于常模,消极应对方式高于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。影响积极应对方式影响因素为EPQ-E、精神病性、EPQ-P、对支持的利用度;消极应对方式影响因素为敌对、EPQ-N、性别、受惩罚因子、人际关系因子。结论技校生有一定的心理健康问题,应对方式较多采用消极应对,受个性特点、社会支持、生活事件及心理健康影响有综合作用。

Coping Styles and the Influencing Factors Among Students of Technical School in Hangzhou

Objective To explore technical school students' coping styles and the influencing factors,and to provide evidence for their psychological counseling.Methods A total of 235 students in grade one of a technology school in Hangzhou were investigated by using SCL-90,SSRS,ASLEC and EPQ.Results Except the factors of interpersonal sensitivity and depression,the scores of other 7 factors for psychosomatic reactions of students were all higher than the norms(P<0.01).The positive coping style was greatly correlated with intro-extroversion,psychoticism and the utilization of social support.The negative coping style had correlations with hostility,neuroticism,sex,punishment and interpersonal relationship.Conclusion Technical school students have some psychological problems,and their coping style is comprehensively effected by personality characteristics,social support and life events.It indicates that comprehensive psychological guidance and quality education are necessary and feasible to improve their psychological health status.
