病毒性肝炎患者血清中第二代抗-HCV、第三代抗-HCV及HCV-RNA等三种HCV标志物的检测及临床意义

对一组219例已排除HAV、HBV、HEV、EBV、CMV、药物及中毒等原因引起的病毒性肝炎患者血清同时检测第二代抗-HCV、第三代抗-HCV及HCV-RNA。结果显示：该组患者上述三种丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染标志物的检出率分别为50．0％、59．0％及51．6％，合计HCV的感染率为74．0％。三者之间的检出率无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。同时检测多种HCV的血清标志物可以明显提高HCV的检出率。有输血史及无输血史患者HCV感染率分别为87．1％、65．6％，两者有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。三种HCV标志物的检出率以第三代抗-HCV为最高，而且70．0％伴随着HCV－RNA（＋）。

Examination and Analysis of Second Generation Anti - HCV and Third Generation Anti - HCV and HCV - RNA in the Serum of Virus Hepatitis Sufferers
