病毒性肝炎患者血清中第二代抗-HCV、第三代抗-HCV及HCV-RNA等三种HCV标志物的检测及临床意义

摘    要:对一组219例已排除HAV、HBV、HEV、EBV、CMV、药物及中毒等原因引起的病毒性肝炎患者血清同时检测第二代抗-HCV、第三代抗-HCV及HCV-RNA。结果显示:该组患者上述三种丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染标志物的检出率分别为50.0%、59.0%及51.6%,合计HCV的感染率为74.0%。三者之间的检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。同时检测多种HCV的血清标志物可以明显提高HCV的检出率。有输血史及无输血史患者HCV感染率分别为87.1%、65.6%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。三种HCV标志物的检出率以第三代抗-HCV为最高,而且70.0%伴随着HCV-RNA(+)。

Abstract:In this article, we examined and determined the serum with 2nd generations anti - HCV and 3rdgeneration anti - HCV, HCV - RNA for 219 cases of virus hepahtis sufferers who had been ruled out thecauses of HAV, HBV, HEV, EBV, CMV, medicine and poisoning. The results showed the mentionedgroup of sufferers infection rate was 74.0%, the positive rates of the above replication markers of HCVwere 50.0% and 51.6% respectively, there was not any obvious defference among them. Moreove, ifwe prompted the replication markers of varrias HCV sera had been examined, it would increase the rateof the check out for HCV diagnose. The infectious rate in patients with a blood transfusion or non bloodtransfusion were 87.1% and 65. 1% respectively. There were obvious difference (P<0.05) Amongthe three, the highest rate of infectien was 3rd generation anti - HCV and most of them (70%)accompanied with HCV - RNA(+).
