| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广东省汕头市人群单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型（HSV-Ⅱ）的感染状况.方法 采用ELISA方法检测HSV-Ⅱ IgM和IgG抗体.结果 性传播疾病（性病）患者的抗体阳性检出率：HSV-Ⅱ IgM为16.2%（88/544）,HSV-Ⅱ IgG为62.9% （324/544）;正常对照组的抗体阳性检出率：HSV-Ⅱ IgM为3.3%（2/60）、HSV-Ⅱ IgG为41.7%（25/60）.两组的阳性检出率,患者组明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 不同人群HSV的感染状况不同;正常人群中存在HSV-Ⅱ感染,HSV-Ⅱ是性病的重要病原体之一.

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the infection situation of herpes simplex virus of type II(HSV-II) among the population of Shantou.Methods] ELISA was applied to detect HSV-II IgM and IgG antibody.Results] The positive rates of HSVII IgM and(HSV-II) IgG antibody among the patients with sexually transmitted diseases were 16.2%(88/544) and 62.9%(324/544) respectively,while that among the healthy people were 3.3%(2/60) and 41.7%(25/60) respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion] The infection situation of HSV is different between different populations;HSV-II do exists occasionally among healthy people,but is one of the major pathogens of sexually transmitted diseases. |
