| 摘 要： | 对２７例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血浆抗坏血酸及红细胞山梨醇含量进行了测定，并观察了口服抗坏血酸对ＮＩＤＤＭ患者红细胞山梨醇的影响。提示ＮＩＤＤＭ患者抗坏血酸代谢紊乱是造成山梨醇在一些组织异常增高的原因之一，补充抗坏血酸有助于纠正ＮＩＤＤＭ患者多元醇代谢的异常。

| Abstract: | The plasma ascorbic acid (AA) and erythrocyte sorbitol concentration were measured in 27 NIDDM patients, and an AA supplementation study was conducted with these patients. It was found that the plasma AA concentration was decreased and erythrocyte sorbitol was increased in NIDDM patients as compared with normal subjects, as well as there was a negative correlation between erythrocyte sorbitol and plasma AA in NIDDM. After AA therapy (1000mg/d) for 4 weeks, the plasma AA concentration was markedly increased and erythrocyte sorbitol was reduced,P<0.01.The results suggest that decreased AA may play an important role in the sorbitol accumulation in NIDDM,and AA supplementation may ameliorate some chronic complications of diabetes. |
