| 摘 要： | 采用Draize法结合摄相及组织学检查,对治疗用0.4%新眼液进行兔眼刺激试验。以改进的急性眼刺激试验方法对不同浓度的滴眼溶液作眼刺激毒性评价。对各种影响因素进行了研讨。本结果为眼刺激试验方法标准化提供了科学依据。提出筛选不同浓度眼用药物配方和检查错误配方的新方法。

| Abstract: | Draize's method, combined with photographic and histological examinations was used to evaluate new eyedrpos. The results of the irritation test on rabbits' eyes with 0.4% of the new eyedrops were that this medicine produced a very weak degree irritation and can be allowed to enter the eyes. The experiment also evaluated the irritant reaction of the new eyedrops on rabbits' eyes in different concentrations. Finally, a Standardization of the eye irritation test for new eyedrops was suggested. |
