住院费用审核室工作量规律分析

目的通过审核病历数量的分析,掌握工作的规律性,便于合理安排工作。方法对2009年出院病人在住院期间医疗费用进行审核,审核病历数量按月、周进行汇总。结果审核病历数量全年呈不均衡状态,节假日前、11月、12月份出现高峰,节后出现低谷。结论为提高服务质量及工作效率,在高峰前备好充足人力、物力,合理安排班次,实行弹性排班,确保审核质量。

The analysis of workloud rule in charge checking office for inpatients

Objective To probe the principles and arrange the tasks optimally by the quantitative analysis of audited cases.Methods The iatric expenses of the inpatients dismissed in 2009 were audited,the quantity of audited cases was gathered monthly and weekly.Results The quantity of audited cases was distributed unbalancedly,which rose up before holidays,November and December,and dropped down after the holidays.Conclusion In order to increase the quality of service and work efficiency,manpower and material resource should be prepared amply in advance before the peak time,duty shifting should be arranged rationally and elastically,which would ensure the quality of auditing.
