| 摘 要： | 目的:比较眼针划区埋线和旋覆代赭汤治疗顽固性呃逆(IH)的疗效。方法:43例IH患者以随机数字表法分为眼针划区组(治疗组)23例和旋覆代赭汤组(对照组)20例,治疗组在眼针划区脾、胃、肝、胆、中焦、上焦(1眼/1次)等穴区埋线治疗1～2次,对照组煎服旋覆代赭汤2～4日,然后分别疗效评定并加以统计分析。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针划区埋线治疗顽固性呃逆疗效优于旋覆代赭汤治疗,且方法简单、易于掌握和推广应用。
