低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗缺血性脑血管病研究的严格评价

摘    要:目的:评价低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(Introvascular Low power Laser Irradiation,ILLI)治疗脑血管病的研究质量。方法:手检1990-2000年国内、外医学杂志发表的低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗脑血管病文章共病种主要为缺血性脑血管病,RCTs有明确研究对象纳入标准的占62.5%,CCTs占53.33%,有排除标准的各占10.42%、3.33%;进行组间可比性分析的各占45.83%、21.67%;随机化方法明确的RCTs占14.58%;运用盲法的文献只有1篇;有3篇文献报告了不良反应及副作用;未作随访和失访情况的调查。结论:低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗脑血管病的研究质量有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the quality of studies by using intravascular low power helium-neon laser radiation in cerebralvascular diseases.Methods:One handred and thirty-one studies about low-level laser therapy were located through hand-searching on domestic and international medical journals as well as electronic-searching on biomedical databases(from 1990 to 2000).There were 48 RCTs(44 44%)and 60 CCTs(55 56%)in those studies mainly on ischemic cerebralvascular disease.Results:The RCTs and CCTs have clear included criteria in 62 5% and 53 33%,respectively while only 10 42% in RCTs and 3 33% in CCTs used excluded criteria.For conducting baseline analysis,there are only 45 83% in RCTs and 21 67% in CCTs,14 58% has clear randomization method in RCTs,only one study use blind method on intervention selection,and 3 studies reported adverse effect.No study had reported follow-up outcome.Conclusion:the results of critical appraisal show that there was not strong evidence of the efficiency on low power lasers in the treatment of cerebralvascular disease.The Quality of studies on low-power laser irradiation therapy needs to improve by using critical design.
