| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声造影时间强度曲线分析对乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值.方法对本组2004年11月至2005年2月46例经手术病理证实的乳腺疾病患者共47个乳腺结节进行了超声造影检查和时间强度曲线分析.结果良性组27例共28个结节,恶性组19例共19个结节.良、恶性组时间强度曲线上升支斜率、峰值时间、峰值强度、平均强度和曲线下面积分别为0.0090±0.0068和0.0113±0.0113、27.17±12.57和29.70±13.90、0.178±0.089和0.373±0.071、0.146±0.143和0.133±0.060、18.14±8.17和24.24±5.18.结论超声造影时间强度曲线分析有助于乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别.
