进针方式对静脉穿刺疼痛程度及成功率的影响

目的探讨不同的进针方式对静脉穿刺疼痛程度及成功率的影响,寻找减轻患者疼痛的最佳静脉穿刺方法。方法随机选择2004年1月～2007年12月在广东医学院附属医院住院治疗的清醒病人600例,在手背同一部位接受静脉输液（均由笔者一人操作）,以静脉穿刺时针头斜面向左、向上、向右为标准分三组进行观察,用疼痛WHO数字分级法进行评分,同时统计各组穿刺成功率,进行对比研究。结果发现静脉穿刺时针头斜面向左组及斜面向右组疼痛分值均明显低于斜面向上组（P〈0.01）,成功率也较高（P〈0.01）。结论静脉穿刺时针头斜面向左或者向右,不仅可以提高穿刺的成功率,同时有效地减轻患者痛苦。

The effect of the puncture skill on the pain and succeed ratio of venipuncture

Objective To explore the puncture skill with the lowest degree of pain during venipuncture,to relieve the pain of the patients.enhance the venipuncture succeed ratio.Methods Totally 600 patients in Guangdong Medical College affiliated Hospital in 2007 were randomly allocated into three groups by pinhead incline towards left(ITL),right(ITR)and up(ITU) during the venipuncture in the same dorsum area(done by the writer only).The pain degree was evaluated by WHO score and the succeed proportion of each group was statistic.Results The pain score of IPL and IPR group were statistically lower than IPU group(P<0.01).but their succeed ratio were higher than that of IPU group(P<0.01).Conclusions The Inclination of pinhead left or right during venipuncture can relieve pain effectively and enhance the venipuncture succeed ratio.
