奥瑞姆模式对子宫切除患者术后康复的影响

目的:通过奥瑞姆模式在患者子宫切除术后的应用,探讨适宜子宫切除患者术后康复的护理模式。方法:选取住院行子宫切除术患者136例,随机分为观察组和对照组,样本各68例;对观察组进实行奥瑞姆模式干预,对照组为常规康复指导(不加自护干预)。结果:两组患者在术后肛门排气、拔尿管后排尿时间及自护能力综合评价方面存在明显差异,与奥瑞姆模式干预与否有极大联系(P<0.01)。结论:奥瑞姆模式在子宫切除患者术后的运用切实可行,能有效地提高患者的自护能力,促进患者的身心健康。

Orem Effect on Patient after womb Excision

Objective To investigate the nurse pattern after the patient womb excision method through using the orem.Methods Select 136 examples after womb excision method,and divide stochastically into the observation group and comparison group and two groups both have 68 examples.the observation group use the orem,but the comparison group not.Results The quality synthetic evaluation aspect of the two group have obvious differences including anus exhaust after surgery,the urinate the time after dialing the ureter,the ability of self-nursing which has the enormous relation with using or not using the orem (P<0.01).Conclusion Using the orem enhances the ability of self-nursing effectively and promotes the patient's physical and moral integrity.
