假性血小板异常的原因探讨及对策

目的探讨迈瑞BC-3000plus(下简称BC-3000)血细胞分析仪计数血小板假性异常的原因及对策。方法对157例标本的PLT数量与直方图不符,进行了仪器法与手工法血小板计数结果的比较和对337例血小板异常标本的复核结果的统计学分析。结果正常血小板组直方图分布正常,BC-3000检测结果与显微镜计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血小板直方图分布异常的大血小板组、血小板聚集组、小红细胞干扰组及红细胞碎片干扰组BC-3000检测结果与显微镜计数差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论影响血细胞分析仪检测PLT因素很多,只有正确操作、排除各种干扰及采取必要的复核措施,才能确保PLT的计数结果准确可靠。

The Causes and Strategy about Pseudothrombocytopenia

Objective To discussion the causes and strategy about pseudothrombocytopenia by Mindray BC-3000plus （BC-3000） blood cell analyzer of platelet count. Method 157 cases of the number of samples with PLT histogram does not match the method and apparatus for a manual comparison of the results ofplatelet count and platelet of 337 cases of abnormal specimens, review the results of statistical analysis. Result Histogram distribution of the normal platelet normal group, BC-3000 test results with microscope counting was no significant difference （P〉0.05）; platelet histogram distribution of the major platelet abnormalities group, platelet aggregation group, small group of red blood cells and red blood cell debris interference interference group BC-3000 test results with microscope counts are statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The impact of blood cell analyzer PLT many factors, only the correct operation, to remove all obstacles and take the necessary measures to review to ensure that the results of PLT count accurate and reliable.
