重症颅脑损伤患者功能恢复与护理干预关系探讨

目的:探究护理干预对重症颅脑损伤患者功能恢复的疗效。方法:截取我科2009年5月-2011年1月住院126例重症颅脑损伤病例按随机数字表分为两组,持续观察两组患者入院至出院时各项功能恢复程度。结果:治疗后日常能力比较中积极组Barthel评分高出常规组(15.4±5.4)分;在运动能力恢复(Fugl-Meyer)情况比较中,积极组运动能力一般损失者较常规组高出15.87%。结论:对重症颅脑损伤患者行积极、主动全方位的良好护理干预对患者各项功能恢复起到良好的治疗效果。

The Functional Recovery in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury and Nursing Intervention of Effect

Objective:To explore nursing intervention on the patients with severe craniocerebral injury with functional recovery.Methods:May 2009 to January 2011 in our department have 126 cases of severe craniocerebral injury in hospitalized cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,2 groups of continuous observation of patients admitted to hospital discharge when the degree of functional recovery.Results:After treatment with daily capacity compared to observed in the group of Barthel score higher than that in control group(15.4+5.4)points;in the locomotor recovery(Fugl-Meyer)comparison,positive exercise capacity general loss than conventional were 15.87%.Conclusion:The patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated actively,actively all-around good nursing intervention on the functional recovery of patients have good treatment effect.
