银质温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理

总结145例银质温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理要点：认真做好心理护理，使患者积极配合治疗；治疗前做好皮肤护理、无菌用物的准备；治疗中严格遵守无菌技术操作原则，保护患者皮肤，注意观察病情变化；治疗后预防针眼感染，指导患者进行康复功能锻炼。结果145例患者积极配合并顺利完成治疗，无1例发生针眼感染等并发症，功能恢复良好。认为全过程做好各项护理工作，严格执行无菌操作，才能使患者顺利完成治疗。

Nursing of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Warm Silver Needle Acupuncturing

This paper summarizes the key points of nursing 145 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with warm silver needle acupuncturing, which include： carefully implementation of mental care, skin nursing and preparation of asepsis articles before treatment, rigid asepsis manipulation and prevention of skin and observation of disease conditions during treatment, prevention of pinpoint infection and instructing patients with rehabilitation exercise of function after treatment. In this study, all the 145 patients were active in cooperation and finished their treatment smoothly, with no infection at pinpoint and better rehabilitation of function. It is suggested implementation of nursing work all through the course and rigid performance of asepsis manipulation can ensure smooth completion of treatment.
