食管鳞癌组织AgNOR计数与DNA倍体的关系

本文应用ＡｇＮＯＲ技术对２０例食管鳞癌手术切除标本中癌细胞核内ＡｇＮＯＲ进行计数，同时运用流式细胞分析技术测定其ＤＮＡ指数（ＤＩ）及Ｓ期细胞百分率，并与ＡｇＮＯＲ计数进行比较。结果显示：食管鳞癌细胞核内平均ＡｇＮＯＲ数目与Ｓ期细胞百分率呈明显正相关（ｒ＝０．７３）。而ＤＩ与ＡｇＮＯＲ计数无明显相关关系（ｒ＝０．３０）。

Correlation Between DNA Ploidy and AgNOR Counts in Esophageal Carcinoma

In this study,silver-binding nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs) were counted in sections of esophageal carcinomas. Meanwhile,DNA flow cytometry was performed on the same samples to obtain the data of DNA ploidy and S phase cell percentage(S%).The AgNOR counts were then clmpared with DNA ploidy and S%.The result showed a good linear correlation between the mean numbers of AgNOR per nucleus and percentage of S-phase cells(r=0.73).But there was no significent correlation between the DNA index,representing DNA aneuploidy,and AgNOR counts(r=0.30). It is suggested that the numbers of AgNOR may be related to the dividing fraction of cells rather than to ploidy alone.It is also proposed that the AgNOR technique,which is a rapid, simple and inexpensive method,may provide an adjunct to DNA flow cytometry in detection of cell kinetic activity in routine paraffin sections.
