脑囊虫病的诊疗方法探讨

目的：探讨脑囊虫病的诊断治疗方法。方法：比较免疫学、脑CT两种检查方法的效果；将512例患者分为3个组，对每组实施不同的治疗，并进行2年的随访观察。结果；512例患者据免疫学确诊391例（76.4％），据CT特征确诊495例（96.7％），三个治疗组中以联合治疗组有效率最高（91.6％）。病灶好转或消失或钙化所用天数最少（142d）。结论：诊断脑囊虫病应首选脑 CT扫描，若CT不能确诊，可应用免疫学或MRI以协助诊断，必要时可行诊断性治疗；三种治疗方法以联合治疗效果最优。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Brain Cysticercosis

Objective To explore the methods of diagosis and treatment of brain cysticercosis. Methods Analyse the results of immunodiagnosis and CT scanning. 512 patients were divided into three parts, part was treated by different ways, follow-up observation to 512 patients was carried out for two years. Result 391 patients(76.4%) were diagnosed as brain cysticercosis by immunodiagnosis and 495 patients was diagnosed by CT. the effective rate of united treatment is the highest(91.6%). The focus dispersed, calcified or became small after 142 day's treatment. Conclusion The best way to diagnose brain cysticercosis is brain CT scanning. If brain CT scanning isn't a complete proof, we can select immunodiagnosis or MRI to diagnose, and treat on trial. The result of the united treartment is the best of the three kinds. Physicians should attach importance to brain cysticercosis.
