全自动生化分析仪检测红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性

摘    要:目的 :探讨全自动生化分析仪检测红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的可行性。方法 :用 7170 A全自动生化分析仪与手工法同时检测 30例健康人体红细胞内 SOD活性。结果 :人体红细胞内 SOD活性 ,仪器法 (10 2 1±14 9) u/ g Hb ,手工法 (979± 186 ) u/ g Hb,经相关分析 ,r=0 .970 7,相关性良好 ,两法进行显著性 t检验 ,P>0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性。仪器法检测 ,批内 CV<2 .92 % ,批间 CV=4 .5 2 %。结论 :全自动生化分析仪检测红细胞内 SOD活性 ,灵敏度高 ,准确性好 ,结果稳定 ,适用于较大批量样本的检测

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of testing SOD activity in red b lood cell with full automatic biochemical analysis appearance. Methods SOD act ivity in red blood cell of 30 cases of normal people was detected by hand and wi th full automatic biochemical analysis appearance respectively. Result s SOD act ivity in red blood cell is (1021±149) u/g Hb with full automatic biochemical an alysis appearance and is (979±186)u/g Hb by hand.The correlation coefficient i s 0.970 9, there had no significant of two methods(P>0.05) using test. With full automatic biochemical analysis appearance, CV is lower than 2.92 % of inner bat ch and CV is 4.52 % of among batch. Conclusion The method of testing SOD activi ty in red blood cell with full automatic biochemical analysis appearance has hig her sensitivity, more accuracy, stable result and is suitable to test a large nu mber of sample.
