PDCA 循环管理对肝脏移植患者围术期优质护理效果的影响

目的：研究分析对肝脏移植患者围术期优质护理实施PDCA循环管理模式的作用效果和临床影响。方法本次选取的调查对象为在我院进行肝脏移植手术的患者160例，所有患者都处于围术期，随机将研究对象分为对照组和实验组。对照组进行常规的术前、术中、术后护理工作，实验组的患者在对照组的护理工作基础上实施PDCA循环管理制度，对两组治疗效果进行综合全面的评价。结果通过统计学分析比较，实验组患者对于护理工作的满意程度明显高于对照组；实验组的术后并发症发生比例小于对照组；实施PDCA循环管理制度对于提高护理质量具有明显的作用效果，其护理质量满意程度相对于对照组具有明显的优势作用，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论实施PDCA循环管理对肝脏移植患者围术期的优质护理具有显著的促进作用，对护理质量的提高和发展也有着积极的推动作用，具有良好的临床应用和研究价值。

Clinical efficacy of PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high -quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation

Objective To study and analyze the effects and clinical efficacy of PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation.Methods A total of 160 patients received liver transplantation in our hospital were se-lected as the study objects , all patients were in their perioperative period , and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group.The control group received conventional nursing before , during and after surgery , the experimental group added PDCA cycle manage-ment based on control group , the treatment efficacy of two groups were assessed.Results After statistical analysis , it showed that the satis-faction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the postoperative complications of experi-mental group was significantly lower than that of the control group ;after adopting PDCA cycle management in experimental group , it had im-proved the nursing quality significantly , the satisfaction degree of experimental group had obvious advantages over control group （ P〈0.05 ） , differences between two groups were statistically significant.Conclusions It can improve the nursing quality and development that applying PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high -quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation , with well values for clinical promo-tion and application.
