循证护理对精神分裂症患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨循证护理在精神分裂症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法将本院2010年2月至2013年2月收治的150例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组75例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予循证护理，比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及生活质量。结果观察组出院前在阴性症状、阳性症状和一般精神病理方面的评分均低于对照组，疗效高于对照组，不良反应少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组在生活领域、心理领域、社会关系领域等生活质量方面的评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理能够从本质上提高精神分裂症的护理质量，增强治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of evidence-based nursing on therapeutic effect and life quality of patients with schizophrenia

Objective to explore the application effect of evidence -based nursing in the treatment of patients with schizophreni-a.Methods 150 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the control group .75 cases in each group , the control group was received routine nursing care and the observation group was given evidence -based nursing .Therapeutic effect , adverse reaction and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The negative symptoms , positive symptoms and general psychopathology aspects scores before discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group , therapeutic effect was higher than that in the control group , adverse reactions were less than those in the control group with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Life quality score in the living field , psychological field , social field in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The evidence-based nursing can im-prove the nursing quality of patients with schizophrenia in essence to enhance the treatment effect and improve the life quality .
